Cancellation and amendments
Although we operate a trust principal for cancellations, our policy is as follows and you will be liable for payment.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% of the total booking price is due.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival time (ie 2:00pm previous day): 100% of the total booking price is due.
Please contact us at the earliest possible time should you need to cancel or amend your stay in any way and we will do our utmost to facilitate you subject to availability.
Reservations
Please Note: All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
Children are welcome and are charged at full rate.
Payment Policy
Payment with credit card may be paid in full at the time of your stay.
Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
Privacy policy
Dusky Ridges collect personal information from you using the Resbook booking system. This includes information about your:
• name
• contact address
• email address
Resbook collect your personal information on our behalf using the forms on this site and share it with us in order to contact you regarding your booking with Dusky Ridges.
Dusky Ridges do not use your information for any purpose other than in relation to your booking, and we will not contact you other than to facilitate your stay.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
