Booking Policies
Payment Policy
Payment for the full amount with credit card (Mastercard or VISA) may be paid in full at the time of your stay.
Cancellation policy
Although we operate a trust principal for cancellations, our policy is as follows and you will be liable for payment.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% of the total booking price is due.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival time (ie 2:00pm previous day): 100% of the total booking price is due.
Please contact us at the earliest possible time should you need to cancel or amend your stay in any way and we will do our utmost to facilitate you subject to availability.
Prices
Prices displayed are for two adults per night. Each additional person is charged at NZ$20 per person per night.
